We highly recommend using Insecticidal Soap regularly to help control this pesky problem. If you are looking for a quicker more effective method, use a hose end sprayer and apply Malathion on your trees or shrubs. Malathion is a contact insecticide of relatively low human toxicity. When spraying, you should attempt to reach all the foliage as possible to make this product effective. The best time to spray is early morning with no wind.
