Fast and Slow growing Trees & Shrubs

When planting trees it’s always good to know how quickly it grows so you can have some idea when it might reach its mature size. There are some trees that are considered fast growing – will grow 2 or more feet per year and some trees that rare slow growing – will grow less than 1 foot per year. The majority of trees are moderate growing which lies somewhere in the middle, between 1 and 2 feet a year.
