Refunds and exchanges require a VALID sales receipt within time limits below.
Neither credit card receipts or statements, nor bank statements are acceptable.

Guarantees / Warranties

Indoor Flowering PlantsGUARANTEED for 14 days.
Trees, Shrubs, and Hardy Roses – GUARANTEED for 1 year. This GUARANTEE does not apply to plants that have been exposed to conditions beyond our control - improper planting or care, tip kill, wind, pest or herbicide damage.  Please see 1 Year Guarantee Brochure for complete details. 
Cedars and Specialty items NOT GUARANTEED – Guaranteed for the growing season in which it was purchased, through to the first hard frost.  Customer must return the plant.
Annuals – NOT GUARANTEED due to their sensitive nature. If you have purchased too many or changed your mind and the plants are in perfect condition, we may accept a return within 7 days.
Tropical Plants (and tropical hanging baskets) – GUARANTEED for 90 days. Please see 90 Day Tropical Guarantee brochure for complete details.
Perennials and VinesGUARANTEED for the growing season in which purchased, through to the first hard frost. Customer must return the plant.
SodGUARANTEED if installation is correct and timely; and proper watering practices are followed. Customer must return the sod for a credit or replacement. Sunnyside is not responsible for sod that does not take due to improper installation or watering practices. Over purchases may be returned within 24 hours.
Non Perishable and Hard Goods – must be returned in good condition, in its original package within 30 days of purchase. There are NO returns on “Final Sale” items. 

Patio Furniture – 1 year limited warranty, please see patio furniture brochure for complete details. A receipt and invoice must be presented for any warranty claims

There are NO CASH REFUNDS on Plant Guarantees, a store credit will be issued. Replacement stock is NOT Guaranteed!
